We partner with Hallmark each
year to develop materials that educate sales associates about soon-to-be-launched
Keepsake Ornaments.
Specifically, we work with Keepsake Studio artists and marketing staff
to identify special ornament features and product stories that sales associates
can use when talking to customers about ornaments.
The 2001 booklet included
activities that encouraged sales associates to apply what they learned,
as well as an answer key that managers can use when facilitating training
exercises.
