When working on the first operator’s manual, Step-by-Step Communications spent many hours reviewing comparable operator's manuals to determine the scope and depth of information an end-user might need.

Then, we worked hand-in-hand with Lister-Petter’s engineering team to identify additional information that should be included and how to best organize the information so users could easily find what they needed. After the first book was written, it became the template for additional manuals for other Lister-Petter products. The series continues to grow as new products are phased in.
