Plugged In! manuals provide guides with all the information and procedures needed to run these programs. Step-by-Step Communications worked with council staff to write the manuals and develop graphics from existing drafts, notes and first-person interviews.

Because this project demanded all our services (The Whole Enchilada), it contains some excellent examples of our copywriting and technical writing.
