To support the launch of a
nationwide shipping supplies brand, the Ensemble Company, a former Hallmark
subsidiary that had won a contract with the USPS, hired us to develop
program materials for 18,000 post offices.
Our goal was to provide postmasters
with the details needed for a successful product launch. We assessed the
communications need, recommended how to package the program, and then
developed the materials.
Our solution? One folder with
an introductory brochure, a training and administration booklet, a product
catalog and order forms in triplicate.
