All projects require management. When we serve as project manager, we coordinate all aspects of the communication effort — everything from obtaining printing or hosting quotes to creating backoff schedules. Although some clients prefer to serve as project manager, most see us as a temporary arm of their office — they can’t wait to delegate the day-to-day aspects of project management to someone else! Regardless of how they like to work, our clients sleep soundly because we keep them “in the loop” without disrupting their day-to-day productivity.
